Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Digital Officer

Roshan Navagamuwa is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Digital Officer of AIG. He leads AIG’s technology solutions, cybersecurity, and digital and AI strategy, with a focus on delivering greater value to AIG’s clients, partners and colleagues while safeguarding and positioning the company for the future.

Mr. Navagamuwa joined AIG in 2024 as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing the company’s global technology teams. In that role, he managed core infrastructure, technology partnerships and process engineering, and led the execution of AIG’s cloud strategy and broader technology modernization.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Navagamuwa was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CVS Health, where he served as Senior Vice President of Client Services for Pharmacy Benefits Management. Earlier in his career, he held successive leadership roles in Aon's Global IT division.

Mr. Navagamuwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Denison University.
