AIG Gives Back

Our charitable giving and nonprofit collaborations underscore our commitment to building more resilient and financially secure communities.

In 2024, AIG donated more than $13.7 million to nonprofit organizations through charitable contributions, matching grants and the value of in-kind volunteer time. AIG’s Matching Grants Program supports colleagues’ charitable contributions 2:1, up to $10,000 per year.

Every year, AIG provides  colleagues with opportunities to leverage their time. Colleagues receive up to 16 hours of paid time off to lend their expertise to support communities by volunteering with nonprofits and schools. In 2024, AIG colleagues donated more than 43,000 hours of volunteerism.

Through AIG’s Corporate Museum Membership program, we support artistic, cultural and educational institutions, while offering colleagues and their families unique experiences in various cities around the globe.

The AIG Compassionate Colleagues Fund provides relief to help our colleagues overcome financial hardship due to unforeseen financial circumstances, including natural disasters.

By giving back and doing what's right, AIG hopes it will inspire colleagues and others to do the same.
