Employee Resource Groups

Our ERGs are open to all employees and are a cornerstone of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Uniting to create a culture of belonging

AIG’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring together colleagues from around the world based on their shared backgrounds and interests.

These groups reflect AIG’s commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion—helping colleagues expand their professional networks and engage allies across the organization’s global business. Through volunteering and events with AIG senior leaders and external experts, ERGs provide colleagues with mentoring, professional development, and networking opportunities as they look to grow their careers and strengthen relationships across the organization.

Further, ERGs provide a dedicated forum for colleagues to have open conversations aimed at deepening AIG colleagues’ understanding of each other and the communities where they live and work. Through meaningful discourse that ultimately supports AIG colleagues’ professional development, ERGs are helping AIG continue building an inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels they belong.

Within each ERG, focus is placed on four objective areas:
