Strengthening communities through volunteerism

AIG provides opportunities for employees to use their time and expertise to uplift communities around the world through several initiatives, including its Volunteer Time Off program, which allows AIG colleagues to take up to 16 hours off per calendar year beyond their traditional paid time off to volunteer with nonprofit organizations, including schools.

2022 At a Glance

Global Volunteer Month

AIG hosts Global Volunteer Month each April. In 2022, over 2,500 colleagues volunteered for more than 9,300 hours across 25 countries.

#GivingTuesday

Coming together for the annual global generosity movement on November 29, 2022, AIG colleagues and their families contributed over 700 hours in volunteerism and acts of kindness.
