Summer Interns

If you accept an offer to join the summer intern program at AIG, a 10-week program, you’ll gain tangible, hands-on experience and insight into our business operations. After attending orientation and training, you’ll join one of our lines of business where you’ll be given real projects, with equal opportunity for challenges and achievement.  High performing interns may be considered for a full-time job after graduation.

Full-Time Analysts

Candidates in their final year of undergraduate study are encouraged to apply for a full-time analyst position.  If selected, you’ll gain on-the-job experience and have access to worldwide training, leadership opportunities, and a diverse, global, and collegial work environment.

Full-time analysts participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to develop, support, assess, and accelerate our Early Careers talent.  Beginning with the Academy Induction Summit, analysts receive an immersive welcome experience accelerating their transition to AIG through exposure to executives, skill development workshops, and cohort connections.  After the Summit, analysts continue to progress during the “First 100 Days,” which is critical to setting the foundation of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that support success at AIG.

Further into the two-year Academy program, analysts attend additional summit events to continue to advance their knowledge and skill set.  Throughout the first two years, analysts utilize a learning portal which harnesses the latest in learning technology to provide tools, information, development and connection to peers throughout the learning experience.
