*AIG Specialty Insurance Company is a domestic surplus lines insurer in Illinois. Tudor Insurance Company is a domestic surplus lines insurer in New Hampshire. Marbleshore Specialty Insurance Company is a domestic surplus lines insurer in Delaware. Domestic surplus lines insurers insure risks in their domiciliary state on a surplus lines basis and coverage is procured from a licensed surplus lines producer.
“Jurisdictions in which Licensed to Transact Business” means that the insurance company maintains a certificate of authority, which has been issued by the relevant insurance regulatory authorities, to transact insurance business in the jurisdiction(s) listed. “Jurisdictions in which Eligible as Surplus Lines Insurer” means that the insurance company does not maintain a certificate of authority to transact insurance business in the jurisdiction(s) listed, but is eligible to issue insurance coverage as a “surplus lines” insurer.
