As the 2026 AIG Women’s Open approaches, Emma Woolley, CEO, Talbot, in the UK, Lisa Sun, CEO, AIG China, Ayako Aida, General Manager, Hokkaido/Tohoku Area of Japan, Carrie Kurzon, Head of Employment Practices Liability Product, Financial Lines, in the U.S., and Silke Rusch, Head of Accident & Health, DACH, in Germany, reflect on how their experiences playing golf shape their leadership style.
Their top leadership lessons include the ability to assess a situation, focus on the most important task at hand, plan ahead and maintain a long-term perspective.
