What is EPL?

  • Primary and excess individual and entity coverage for public or private companies, non-profit organizations or financial institutions for discrimination, harassment, wrongful retaliation and additional named violations.
  • Wage and Hour Edge® (WHEDGE®) provides standalone or shared limit coverage for claims alleging violations of the U.S. Fair Labor Standard Acts (FLSA) and state and local laws governing how workers are compensated in the U.S. and its territories. 
  • Due to continued developments with #MeToo, there are additional topics to be discussed relating to the companies’ employee training, claim investigations and public response.
  • Primary policyholders gain access to EPL Pak Premier® risk management services, including web-based tutorials, employment reference manuals and other offerings to help them mitigate risk and stay current of recent developments and changing laws.
  • Policies are underwritten to the company’s HR policies and procedures, as well as risk management controls.
  • Bermuda-based placements for all Financial Lines products available on an excess coverage basis.
