Variable annuity product & fund prospectuses

Prospectuses provide important information for your review when considering a variable annuity product and the funds it offers for investment. For document delivery options, use the three dots next to any product name.

The Fund Prospectuses & Reports link below provides access to fund prospectuses and related documents for ALL investment options offered across our variable annuities, not all of which may be available in the contract you are considering or purchased. For all prospectus documents, including both product and fund prospectuses specific to a particular variable annuity, see the table below.

We strive to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to our services, including through an accessible website. If you have questions, comments, or encounter any difficulty in using our site, please contact +1-888-280-1243; email Accessibility_Support@corebridgefinancial.com.

Annuities are long-term products designed for retirement. Early withdrawals may be subject to withdrawal charges. Withdrawals of taxable amounts are subject to ordinary income tax and, if taken prior to age 59½, an additional 10% federal tax may apply. An investment in a variable annuity involves investment risk, including possible loss of principal. The contract, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the total amount invested. Optional features are subject to additional fees, restrictions and limitations. Tax-qualified plans, such as an IRA, 401(k), etc., are tax deferred (and subject to required minimum distributions) regardless of whether or not they are funded with an annuity.

Variable annuities and their underlying fund investments are sold by prospectus only. The prospectuses contain the investment objectives, risks, fees, charges, expenses and other information regarding the contract and underlying funds, which should be considered carefully before investing. PDFs of prospectuses are available from this page or may be obtained from your financial advisor or by calling 1-800-445-7862. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.
