Brian Duperreault is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of American International Group, Inc. (AIG). Prior to assuming this role in May 2017, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Insurance Group, a Bermuda-based holding company of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance operations in Bermuda, the U.S. and the UK.
Mr. Duperreault was President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) from 2008 to 2012. Before joining MMC, he served for two years as non-executive Chairman of ACE Limited, an insurance and reinsurance company, and as CEO of ACE from 1994 through 2004.
Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Duperreault held various senior executive positions with AIG and its affiliates from 1973 to 1994.
Mr. Duperreault is Chairman of Attune, a data-enabled company established by Hamilton Insurance Group, AIG and Two Sigma. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Overseers of the School of Risk Management of St. John’s University, New York.
Mr. Duperreault is a member of the Boards of the International Insurance Society, the American Insurance Association, the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Studies (BIOS), Johnson Controls, Partnership for New York City, the Geneva Association and Saint Joseph's University.

Peter Zaffino is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG’s General Insurance organization and a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). He leads the business division that serves the global Commercial and Personal Insurance markets and is responsible for all end-to-end processes, including strategy, underwriting, claims, distribution, and operations. Mr. Zaffino also oversees Reinsurance, Global Business Services and Administration.
Mr. Zaffino has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. He joined AIG in August 2017 from Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), where he was CEO of Marsh – one of the world’s largest brokers – as well as Chairman of Risk and Insurance Services for MMC.
Prior to being named Marsh CEO in 2011, he was President and CEO of Guy Carpenter & Company, having previously held a number of senior roles at the firm. Before joining Guy Carpenter in 2001, he held several senior positions, including serving in an executive role with a GE Capital portfolio company.
Mr. Zaffino earned a BA in economics from Boston College and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is a member of the Boards of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund.

Kevin Hogan is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer
of AIG’s Life & Retirement organization. He is also a member of
AIG’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). He oversees the Individual
Retirement, Group Retirement, Life Insurance and Institutional Markets
businesses, providing a broad range of annuity, mutual fund,
retirement plan, life
insurance, structured settlement, stable value wrap, guaranteed investment contract and pension risk transfer solutions.
Mr. Hogan started his career in 1984 at AIG in New York, and subsequently held management positions in Property Casualty in Chicago, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and China and Life & Retirement in China, Taiwan and New York. From 2009 until rejoining AIG in 2013, he was CEO, Global Life for the Zurich Insurance Group. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AIG’s Consumer organization and senior officer for Japan. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Japan Society, St. John's University School of Risk Management and the Chatham Day School. Mr. Hogan is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Doug Dachille is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of AIG. He oversees the Science function. Before joining AIG in September 2015, Mr. Dachille served as CEO of First Principles Capital Management LLC., an investment management firm which AIG acquired and now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Mr. Dachille is a proven leader in financial services and investments, with more than 25 years of experience in creating asset management solutions, and has a deep understanding of client liabilities. Prior to co-founding First Principles, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Zurich Capital Markets, an integrated alternative investment asset management and structured product subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services.
He began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he served as Global Head of Proprietary Trading and co-Treasurer, and built the hybrid derivatives business.
Mr. Dachille earned his Bachelor of Science degree in a special joint program through Union University and Albany Medical College, and later was a Pew Scholar in Medicine, Arts, and Social Sciences at the University of Chicago.

Donna DeMaio is Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor.
Donna served as Executive Vice President of Arch Capital Group upon sale of United Guaranty to Arch, ensuring a successful integration. Prior to the acquisition of United Guaranty Corporation by Arch Capital, Ms. DeMaio was president, chief executive officer and chair of the board of United Guaranty. As chief executive officer, Ms. DeMaio was responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of United Guaranty. Under her leadership, the company reached record-breaking profitability, financial stability, and mortgage insurance sales volume.
Before joining United Guaranty in 2012, Ms. DeMaio was president, CEO and chair of the board of MetLife Bank. Prior to that, she was the company’s chief financial officer from 2002 through 2005. During her tenure with MetLife, she provided executive management of the bank’s seven business lines growing the Bank from a start-up to a top 10 mortgage originator with more than 6,000 employees across 200 locations.
Prior to joining MetLife, Ms. DeMaio was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in financial services, including two years as a National Office technical consulting partner specializing in structured finance transactions. Ms. DeMaio has served as an executive group member of the Housing Policy Council and has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Banking Association. She has been included among the Top 25 Women in Banking by American Banker (formerly U.S. Banker) several times. Ms. DeMaio is a member of the Executive Board of the Greensboro Partnership, and serves on the Board of Opportunity Greensboro, Wyndham PGA tournament and Elon University’s Love School of Business.
Ms. DeMaio is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Muhlenberg College, where she double-majored in accounting and business and serves as a member of the President’s Advisory Council.

Lucy Fato is Executive Vice President & General Counsel of AIG, overseeing the Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory functions. Prior to AIG, Lucy was Managing Director, Head of the Americas & General Counsel of Nardello & Co., a global private investigative firm headquartered in New York City.
Previously, Lucy was Executive Vice President & General Counsel of McGraw Hill Financial (now known as S&P Global). Prior to joining McGraw Hill Financial, Lucy was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Lucy began her legal career at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell where she spent fourteen years, including five as a partner in the capital markets group.
Lucy is a member of the Department of Financial Services (DFS) State Insurance Advisory Board and a member of the Advisory Board of Nardello & Co.
In 2009, Lucy was inducted into the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Randall’s Island Park Alliance (RIPA), a non-profit organization that works with the City of New York and local communities to maintain the park for the wellbeing of all New Yorkers. In 2015, she was RIPA’s business honoree and was namedby Ethisphere Magazine as one of the “Attorneys Who Matter” in 2015 and 2017 for her dedication to furthering corporate ethics. Martha Gallo is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. She joined AIG in May 2015 as Chief Auditor.
Ms.Gallo has more than 30 years of experience from JP Morgan Chase, where she served in a variety of executive roles, most recently as Head of Compliance and Regulatory Management, and, before that, as General Auditor. In recent years, she has worked extensively with major regulators in key jurisdictions around the world.
Ms. Gallo’s strategic direction, deep understanding of risk and
control frameworks, and insights into the regulatory landscape serve
touchstones for the entire company and the Board’s Audit Committee. She is a graduate of Cornell University, with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and a M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance. Ms. Gallo currently serves on the Board of the Battery Park City Authority and is Co-Chair of the Women’s Refugee Commission Board.

Thomas Leonardi is Executive Vice President, Government Affairs, Public Policy and Communications. He is responsible for building and maintaining clear lines of communication with the numerous regulators that oversee AIG at the State, Federal and International level and provides leadership over the global Corporate Communications and Marketing functions.
Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Leonardi was a Senior Advisor to Evercore’s Investment Advisory business. During his tenure at Evercore, he advised AIG on the sale of Ascot, New York Life on its investment in an alternative asset manager, Ambac on its successful defense of an activist investor’s proxy contest, Atlas Merchant Capital in its acquisition of The Hartford’s Talcott legacy business, and Prudential Financial and The Travelers Companies in connection with international capital matters.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Leonardi was Commissioner of the
Connecticut Insurance Department, a regulatory agency with
over the largest life Insurance Industry in the United States. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of both the National
Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors. He was Chair of the NAIC’s
International Insurance Relations Committee, was a member of the
US Treasury’s inaugural Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance and was selected to serve on the World Economic Forum’s Global Council on Insurance and Asset Management.
He has spoken on numerous occasions across the globe on issues critical to the insurance industry. During his tenure he met with President Obama on two occasions, and testified in Congress on the Federal Insurance Office’s Modernization Report.
For 22 years prior to his appointment as Commissioner, Mr. Leonardi was Chairman and CEO of Northington Partners Inc., a Connecticut-based venture capital and investment banking boutique that specialized in the insurance industry. Before founding Northington, he was the head of the Investment Banking and Venture Capital divisions of Conning & Company in Hartford, Connecticut, President of Beneficial Corporation’s insurance subsidiaries; and began his career as a litigation attorney in Connecticut.
He was graduated from Boston University with distinction in History, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa and received his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Claudine Macartney is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She is also a member of AIG’s Executive Leadership Team. She oversees the alignment of the company's business, global human resource and people strategy for over 45,000 employees in 80 countries. Previously, Claudine was Senior Vice President, Human Capital Planning and Business Partner Practice and was responsible for the development of a senior leadership pipeline, including assessment initiatives and succession planning. She also led the advancement of AIG’s performance management agenda and was responsible for growing the career development and training platforms. Prior to her global appointments, Claudine served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Chartis International, overseeing international HR operations across all business segments and regions. Among her areas of executive oversight included compensation, benefits, employee relations, leadership development, executive recruiting, and training.
Throughout her career, Claudine held several senior level Human Resource positions, including multiple international assignments. She has experience in a vast diversity of business situations, from business expansion in developing markets to rationalizing mature entities. These assignments have earned her recognition as a strong and contemporary leader with a proven track record as a strategic architect of large scale organizational transformations, to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top talent within the insurance industry and across the human resources community.

Seraina (Maag) Macia is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of BlackboardSM, which will transform the way that AIG delivers and underwrites commercial insurance.
Ms. Macia rejoined AIG from Hamilton Insurance Group (Hamilton), where she served as CEO of Hamilton USA, the group’s U.S.-based operations. Hamilton is a Bermuda-based holding company for insurance and reinsurance operations that underwrite property and casualty risks in Bermuda and the U.S., and at Lloyd’s.
Before being named CEO of Hamilton USA in 2016, Ms. Macia was CEO and Executive Vice President of Regional Management & Operations at AIG, having previously held the role of CEO and President of AIG EMEA, with responsibility for 47 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining AIG in 2013, she held several senior positions including Chief Executive of North American Property & Casualty for the XL Group; President of Zurich North America Commercial’s Specialties business unit; and Head of Investor Relations and Rating Agencies for Zurich Financial Services in Switzerland. Before joining Zurich in 2002, Ms. Macia was a founding partner and financial analyst for NZB Neue Zuercher Bank in Switzerland. Between 1990 and 2000, she held various management positions in underwriting and finance at Swiss Reinsurance in Switzerland and Australia.
In 2009, Ms. Macia was elected a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and named one of Business Insurance magazine’s Women to Watch. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Credit Suisse Group. She holds an MBA from Monash Mt. Eliza Business School in Australia and is a Certified Financial Analyst. Alessa Quane is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for
AIG. In this capacity, she heads the Global Enterprise Risk
function and is responsible for all aspects of risk management across the firm, reinsurance, and value based performance metrics.During her nearly 20 years with AIG, Alessa has held positions of increasing responsibility within Risk and Actuarial. She most recently served as Chief Corporate Actuary and head of Global Actuarial and Value Management, and immediately prior as Chief Risk Officer of AIG Commercial Insurance, where she was a member of the AIG Enterprise Risk Management Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for managing risk across the global commercial insurance business. Alessa has extensive experience in both the domestic and international markets, having spent 13 years in Europe. She started the Pricing and Corporate Actuarial functions in Europe and the UK after which she moved to NY to start the ERM function for the international business within Property Casualty.
Alessa is a member of the United Guaranty Board of Directors and also
serves on the AIG Pension Investment Committee. Prior to joining
she worked for Allstate in pricing and research for non-standard auto. Alessa is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an affiliate member of the Institute of Actuaries. In addition, she is a founding member of the Casualty Actuaries of Europe, served as a member on the International Issues Committee of the CAS, and is an active presenter on various ERM topics. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Actuarial Science from Drake University.

Sid Sankaran is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AIG. Prior to joining the company as Chief Risk Officer in October 2010, Sid was a partner in the Finance and Risk practice at Oliver Wyman Financial Services, heading the firm’s Toronto office.
Sid is a financial services expert with deep background in capital, actuarial, risk, strategy, and performance management. Earlier in his career, Sid worked at Mercer Risk, Finance & Insurance Consulting and MMC Enterprise Risk, focusing on risk management, insurance company valuation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Sid holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a specialization in actuarial science and graduated with distinction from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. He serves on the Board of the Greater New York chapter of the American Red Cross.
