Policyholders have exclusive access to our Architectural Legacy Services, a team of risk management specialists with expertise in historic preservation and architectural history.

We can advise on loss prevention, documentation, or reconstruction and renovation projects specific to your unique historic home. 

Services include:

  • A comprehensive risk assessment of your property
  • Custom reports outlining your home's history, including archival-quality photography or assistance in preparing a statement of historical significance
  • Customized maintenance plans for your home's character-defining features
  • Recommendations on local specialists trained in historic home craftsmanship, from appraisers to private security firms
  • Coordinating with preservation societies and historic review boards
