This year, Private Client Group embarked on a variety of initiatives which we’ve referred to collectively as “PCG 2.0” strategies aimed to significantly increase our business long-term.
An important effort we named AIG Exchange was chosen to over time greatly expand our distribution of AIG’s personal insurance solutions.
Through the AIG Exchange program, now even more agencies that simply don’t have the volume to warrant a full PCG appointment can easily access Private Client Group and Private Client Select products and services.
In just a few short months, we built a new platform, operation and team of experienced P&C licensed insurance professionals charged to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and consultation to agents catering to high net worth clientele.
The pilot phase is successfully winding down resulting in positive agency feedback along with many new client submissions.
Over the coming months, the Exchange program will be introduced more widely targeting high potential states especially where we can further diversify our business to areas we desire increased market share.
