AIG Private Client Group has two unique components that set us apart within the broker community: our ability to target growth opportunities with our benchmarking data tool, and resources to coach and nurture producers into strong high net worth insurance advisors through PCG-U. Leveraging these strengths, we recently launched a comprehensive new Producer Development Program.
We are partnering with select strategic agencies to provide recruitment, on-boarding, mentorship, and compensation support to attract and hire new high net worth personal insurance producers. In return, these individuals will provide first right of refusal for new business opportunities with AIG Private Client Group. They’ll also be held to a strict set of quarterly performance indicators. Alex Horowitz, National Marketing Director, and Diane Delaney, AVP – Sales & Marketing, are leading the effort.
We are setting up our future at AIG by molding the individuals representing our brand on day one. We want to ensure we set the standard for what true consulting is in this space and get involved before any price-driven habits are formed. We will rely heavily on the proven success of our existing PCG-U program to provide more individualized high net worth sales consulting, while also utilizing our field sales staff to reinforce the value of our products.
By laying the foundation these new hire producers need to be successful from the very beginning, our aim is to create what we consider the “next generation” of partner brokers for PCG.
