What's Happening

Here’s what’s happening…in the San Francisco Region:

La Paulée

La Paulée,  a weeklong event featuring seminars, tastings, and wine-paired dinners in celebration of the wines and winemakers of Burgundy, was held in San Francisco in early March. PCG participated as a sponsor for the tenth year. Jennifer Wolf, Senior Business Development Manager, and Paul Fisher, Art Collection Management Director, attended various events and came back with five solid leads including two that are being quoted.

Seattle Art Fair

The first Host Committee event for the 2017 Seattle Art Fair recently was held at one of our policyholder’s homes. Joe Warren, our local Business Development Manager, was in attendance and is also a member of the committee. This has given him the opportunity to network with several high-profile clients and collectors. As a sponsor of the Seattle Art Fair for the second year, AIG is gaining brand recognition within the local collector market, while the San Francisco team engages with brokers and clients to cross-sell existing collections that may be uninsured.

Educating Centers of Influence

Jennifer Wolf and Theresa Waschau, Underwriting Specialist, met with Wells Fargo Private Banking staff in Walnut Creek, CA. The topic of discussion was our new product offering, Family CyberEdge. Although the endorsement is not available in California yet, attendees were interested to hear about how the coverage can provide peace of mind to those worried about being hacked or extorted online. The meeting concluded with a wine and cheese tasting and gave attendees an opportunity to discuss their clients’ unique needs with Jennifer and Theresa.
