PCG-U is going virtual

In 2018, PCG-U reached 325 additional brokers with a live webinar series that was designed as a preview to the school’s full instructor-led programs. While these webinars do not replace the impact of a live program, they do give brokers a sense of the high net worth sales concepts that are taught.  These webinars were customized into a four- or six-part progressive series intended to provide participants with immediate access to high net worth sales tools and insights that can be leveraged with prospects and clients.

PCG-U offered this series via open enrollment in the winter and fall to both producers and service advisors in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, the series was offered to eight individual agencies including USI, Brown & Brown, and Jones Brown, nationally. We also partnered with Marsh & McLennan University (MMA-U) to offer 12 sales webinars to both sales and service advisors, and another series to one of our Northeast wholesalers, Orchid, which was attended  by their top sub-brokers.

Numerous brokers have stated that the webinar series is one of the best they have attended and have found it easy to implement the skills they learned. They also received  great suggestions on how to enhance their current procedures and how to better approach prospects and clients.   

Lastly, PCG-U has been working closely with David McMurdo, head of Private Client Group in Australia, and Kris Coombes, head of Australia’s Risk Management, to customize the course material for brokers in Australia and New Zealand. Building on the success of the webinar series in the U.S., this program will be a similar format offered in February 2019.  Stay tuned for more information.
