For the third consecutive year, AIG Singapore has won the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Gold Award for Auto Insurance. AIG Singapore clinched the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Gold Award 2015 in the Auto Insurance Singapore and Travel Insurance Singapore categories.
The annual survey, conducted by Reader’s Digest since 1998, asks Asian consumers to list their most trusted brands across 42 categories and then rank those brands based on their trustworthiness, quality, value, innovation, social responsibility, and an understanding of customer needs. No brand names are suggested – all survey respondents freely identify the brands they feel are most-deserving of the award. Category winners are determined by multiplying the total number of votes for a brand by the average score of the six attributes.
