AIG Meridional has been named one of the 10 best insurance companies in claims service in Argentina according to a ranking published by the industry magazine NBS Bancos y Seguros based on a survey conducted by Argentina’s Center of Public Opinion Studies.
The annual survey, now in its fifth year, consisted of 400 producers who were asked to rate insurance organizations based on their experience and the fulfillment of claims payments, among other criteria. AIG Meridional rounded out the ranking, earning the 10th spot.
In 2015, AIG Meridional’s Claims department undertook several changes to improve service. These included specialization by line of business and working to simplifying the claims process through the introduction of self-service kiosks, among other initiatives.
These efforts – combined with teamwork, empathy, professionalism, and a heightened focus on responding to customer needs with excellence – all contributed to AIG Meridional’s ascent into the ranking.
