These were a few of the sports heavyweights that AIG faced in the Digital/Mobile category at the 2016 CLIO Sports Award, held in New York City in July. But by the end of the night, AIG had walked away with a Gold Award for the Haka 360 Experience.

The Haka 360 Experience puts fans right on the field through virtual reality, mobile app, or YouTube as the AIG-sponsored New Zealand All Blacks – back-to-back Rugby World Champions – perform their Haka pre-game ritual.

The CLIO Sports Awards is an annual event that celebrates the brands, marketers, leagues, clubs, and agencies producing the world’s most innovative and engaging sports creative.
