The equity real estate investment activities of AIG and its subsidiaries (together with AIG, collectively referred to as “AIG Member Companies”) are conducted primarily by AIG Global Real Estate and its SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners affiliate, which manages one of the largest multi-family portfolios in the nation, with more than 139,000 multi-family units.  AIG Global Real Estate is a group of international companies that actively invests in and manages real estate for clients and AIG Member Companies around the world.  AIG Global Real Estate is headquartered in New York with regional offices in Atlanta, London, Mexico City, San Francisco, Mumbai and Seoul.  AIG Global Real Estate has been actively involved in the acquisition and development of office, industrial, residential, retail and hospitality properties, facilities management and fund management.
