Disaster Mortgage Coverage
Disaster Mortgage coverage provides your customers with mortgage reimbursement in the event that their homes become uninhabitable for over 48 hours following a disaster. Designed to complement your customers' existing primary homeowners policies, the coverage reimburses monthly mortgage payments. Coverage does not apply to property repair or rebuilding.

Features:
• Temporarily uninhabitable homes can have the mortgage payments reimbursed until the home is repaired or replaced for up to a maximum of 12 months.
• Permanently uninhabitable homes will receive a lump sum payment towards the outstanding balance of their mortgage.
