Overview:  Integrated office insurance and disaster recovery services. "All risks" material damage, business interruption, liability and equipment breakdown, backed up by an emergency relocation and resettlement service.

    • Breakdown of equipment including IT equipment, boilers, air conditioning and heating systems - covered up to £100,000 limit
    • Includes Business Interruption resulting from breakdown
      £30,000 (BI for computer breakdown: £15,000)
    • No requirement for maintenance contracts for computers less than £5,000 replacement value
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
    • Loss of Gross Revenue
    • Including Rent receivable/payable

    • World wide Public Liability (ex North America) up to £1m

IF THE OFFICE CAN NOT BE OCCUPIED BECAUSE OF AN INSURED EVENT, DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Immediate access to fully furnished local office accommodation
  • Up to 6 PC workstations, (more for larger companies) tested, delivered and installed
  • Essential contact data reinstated
  • Incoming telephone calls redirected to new office
  • Onsite Event Manager to oversee Disaster Recovery services
  • All within 1 working day of mobilisation

Now included: Online Data Back Up service

  • FREE 2GB of Online Data Back Up (equivalent of up to 4GB uncompressed data)
  • Immediate access anytime to stored online data from any PC connected to the internet
    High level secure 448-bit encryption (greater than the encryption used by online banking and credit cards)
  • Additional Online Data Back Up storage from £2.80 per Gigabyte per month
