• The processing of "Fast Track Marine" claims, which is claims below LKR 50,000/- The loss should be notified to us immediately via mail or fax (preferably mail) along with the following:
   - Insurance Certificate (if, unavailable at Hayleys AIG)
   - The BL
   - Invoice
   - Claim bill - (quantity of loss & claim amount)
   - Few photographs of the damage (via mail)
 
• The payment will be processed within 24 hrs. and the cheque will be delivered within 72 hrs.

• For claims over LKR 50,000/-, the loss should be intimated immediately, for which, we would conduct a survey.
