In the event your client’s home becomes uninhabitable for over 48 hours following a natural disaster, disaster mortgage coverage reimburses monthly mortgage payments. Designed to complement your client’s existing primary homeowners policy, coverage does not apply to property repair or rebuilding.

Disaster Cash Coverage

Going far beyond a typical homeowner’s policy, disaster cash coverage offers enhanced protection in the event of a natural disaster. The coverage provides a defined cash benefit to help with expenses if your client’s home becomes uninhabitable for more than 48 hours following a government-declared natural disaster.
