Commercial Property Insurance

This policy covers your commercial property against loss or damage to the building and/or contents of your business premises. Coverage may be purchased on a Fire & Allied Perils basis (i.e. named perils) or on an "All Risk" basis and typically includes business interruption or consequential loss or profits / revenues resulting from the occurrence of a fire or other covered peril.

The All Risk policy typically includes:

Burglary & Robbery -
Round the clock coverage against loss of money and/or property due to burglary and robbery in your premises, Damage to your drawers, safe and cash register arising from the loss is automatically covered at no cost to you. This policy can be extended to cover cash and payroll transfer to and from bank.

Machinery Breakdown -
Safeguard your plant and equipment against sudden and unforeseen physical loss or damage whilst it is at work, at rest and/or being dismantled, moved or re-erected for the purpose of cleaning, inspection, repair or installation in another position within your premises.

Electronic Equipment -
A specially designed cover for all your electronic equipment including computers and its accessories. Fire, lightning, theft, accidental damage and short circuit are some of the coverage provided under this option.

Plate Glass -
Your signboard and glass panels are an integral part of your operations and if damaged, will probably cost a lot to replace. With this coverage, we will cover cost as well as the cost and expenses of shoring and propping up temporary fixtures and fittings.

Goods in Transit (Inland) -
A cover that protects your goods against loss or damage during transportation

AIG U.A.E.'s Property Terrorism and Sabotage Insurance has been specifically designed to cover the sabotage, terrorism, mutiny, rebellion, insurrection and coup d'état (excluding war and civil war) risks faced by multinational companies operating in countries where these risks are normally excluded from standard insurance programs. Coverage for strike, riot and civil commotion can be included by endorsement.

These packaged products are geared towards providing comprehensive insurance solutions for small and medium sized enterprises ("SME"). Free Zone Office Insurance Package
This combined insurance package product provides coverage for your office and up to 4 other Free Zone office locations. Mandatory covers include Public Liability, Workmen's Compensation and Property All Risk. Electronic Equipment, Fidelity Guarantee, Group Personal Accident and Property Terrorism & Sabotage are optional covers available to prospective policyholders. This insurance product is available only for offices in the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai Internet City (DIC), Dubai Media City (DMC) and Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). Non-Free Zone Office Insurance Package
This combined insurance package product provides coverage for your office and up to 4 other office locations. Mandatory covers include Public Liability, Workmen's Compensation and Property All Risk. Electronic Equipment, Fidelity Guarantee, Group Personal Accident and Property Terrorism & Sabotage are optional covers available to prospective policyholders. This insurance product is available only for offices and does not include offices forming part of a warehouse, retail or manufacturing operation, clinics, security services or detective / investigative agencies.
