Clinical Trials
The clinical trials and studies carried out within the framework of your Company's activities is governed by the relevant laws which, among other things, stipulate the insurance coverage obligation for the liability rising from such tests and studies (Ministerial Decision published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE ISSUE 886//Β'/20.12.84).
The Clinical Trial Liability is a product specially designed by AIG GREECE which covers the liability of your Company for Bodily Injury and / or Loss of Life caused to healthy volunteers and / or patients during clinical trials / studies.
