You can call our AIA Customer Care Hotline at 1800 248 8000 (Kindly prefix 65 if dialling from overseas) to check on policy matters, such as premium payment or policy loan enquiry.
You can access your policy information via AIA eCare services at www.aia.com.sg which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can apply here for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be mailed to you.
You can visit our AIA Customer Service Centre located at 1 Finlayson Green #01-00. We operate from 8.45am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays).
