Claim Procedure


We are here to serve you when the need arises. For this reason we have a highly experienced claims department whose only aim is to assist you in the event of a claim.

You are required to follow these steps in the event of a loss that might lead to a claim:

Try to contain or minimize the loss i.e. act as if you were not insured.
Report the loss to the competent authorities e.g. police, wardens (where applicable).
Call our office to lodge the claim and to complete the appropriate claim form.
Furnish us with all necessary documentation (sworn statements, receipts etc.) in support of your claim.


Once we are in possession of all necessary documentation, we will endeavor to settle your valid claim without delay.
