Cancel For Work Reasons

Coverage for unexpected work obligations that come up and prevent you from traveling

If you have purchased the Cancel for Work Reasons coverage will be extended for these additional unforeseen circumstances if the Insured or a traveling companion:

1. is required to work during his/her scheduled Trip. He/she must demonstrate proof of requirement to work, such as a notarized statement signed by an officer of his/her employer;
2. company is directly involved in a merger, acquisition, government required product recall, or bankruptcies proceedings. The Insured or Traveling Companion must be directly involved in one of the afore mentioned events and must be currently employed by the company that is involved in said event.;
3. company is deemed to be unsuitable for business due to fire, flood, burglary, volcano, earthquake, hurricane, or other Natural Disaster, and the insured or traveling companion is directly involved as a Key Employee of the disaster recovery team.
