Overview
AIG Benefit Solutions has a long and proud history of partnering with brokers, employers and affinity groups to provide innovative and affordable benefits for groups of all sizes.
We provide group plans that employers may either fully or partially fund as a benefit for their employees, and voluntary plans which employees may choose to purchase on their own. We also offer a wide range of insurance products for the affinity market, which can help improve the value of association or affinity group membership. Our services include turnkey enrollment and marketing campaigns that can improve participation.

- For Employers
- AIG Benefit Solutions offers one of the industry’s broadest and most diverse portfolios of employee benefits, allowing employers to build benefits packages that suit their needs.
- Supplemental medical solutions include critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity insurance.
- Protection solutions include universal life, term life, supplemental life, business travel accident (Ambassador), AD&D, supplemental AD&D, short-term disability and long-term disability with optional lump-sum benefit rider (Income PLUS).
- Ancillary healthcare solutions include vision, PPO dental, high-low choice dental, discount dental, indemnity dental and scheduled reimbursement dental.
- Employer risk solutions include organ transplant, medical stop-loss and captive arrangements.
- Multi-product solutions are available as packaged products under our ProtectPak® series which offers up to five important insurance plans in one package.
- Value-added solutions are also available including AIG Benefits Travel AssistSM, enrollment solutions (e-Solutions), catastrophic medical management (MedCAT®), employee assistance program, family and medical leave act (FMLA) administration program and Taft-Hartley.

- With AIG Benefit Solutions, it's never been easier to offer easy, affordable access to the insurance coverage many members need and want, from one of the nation's premier providers of group and personal insurance products. We have a long history of working with benefits brokers and administrators to develop and execute turn-key marketing campaigns that offer affinity group members choice, affordability and easy access through many platforms.
- Life and AD&D products include term life, 10-year level term life, 20-year level term life, 50-plus term life, and accidental death and dismemberment with a choice of benefit amounts from $100,000 to $500,000.
- Disability and business overhead expense (BOE) products include long-term disability, retirement disability income and business overhead expense.
- Dental care products include dental–scheduled benefit and dental–indemnity benefit.
- Supplemental medical products include hospital accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, cancer recovery and comprehensive accident.
