Mr. Tymins is responsible for overseeing the operations of AIG Global
Real Estate's investment and development platforms, and for developing

From 1990 through 2005, Mr. Tymins served in various key senior positions with the SunAmerica companies, including Managing Director, Real Estate Development, and Senior Vice President, Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions. During this period, he directed a real estate equity investment platform that invested in excess of $800 million in office, retail, hotel, multi-family, condominium, and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. He also directed the company's strategy to maximize its investment in a commercial and residential land portfolio located in metro Phoenix, with an expected value at full build out of $1.2 billion. After departing the company in 2005, he continued to work with AIG in a consulting role through his firm 360 Real Estate Advisors. He began his career in real estate with the Trammell Crow Company in 1985.

Mr. Reid serves as Chief Operating Officer of AIG Global Real Estate
and oversees the firm’s European investment business. He is a member
of the AIG Global Real Estate's Investment Committee and the
Commercial Mortgage Lending Credit Committee.
Mr. Reid has over 20 years of diverse real estate experience. Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate in 2005, Mr. Reid was European Managing Director for O'Connor Capital Partners. Previous roles include Fund Manager for Van Eck Global Asset Management in New York and Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer of Trammell Crow Real Estate Investors in Dallas. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in New York.

Mr. Whitaker is responsible for AIG Global Real Estate's global development activities and is a member of the AIG Global Real Estate's Investment Committee. He oversees the firm's Construction Management group and is responsible for the development and oversight of major mixed-use projects, including the International Financial Centre Seoul, Shanghai Center, and Stowe Mountain Resort.
Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate in 2004, Mr. Whitaker was a Principal and Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for the Atlanta office, including development, acquisitions, brokerage and property management.
Mr. Whitaker has 30 years of real estate experience, with an established development track record in the Atlanta metropolitan area. His involvement includes such notable projects as Atlantic Station, Concourse, Capital City Plaza, Peachtree Center, and The Proscenium.
Mr. Whitaker received a bachelor's degree in business from Clemson University. Mr. Musante is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day
operations of AIG Affordable Housing (AIGAH). He previously served as
Executive Vice President and Head of Portfolio Management of AIGAH and
as Chief Credit Officer of AIGAH.
Prior to joining AIGAH in 2005, Mr. Musante served in a number of key senior roles within AIG and SunAmerica, including as a Managing Director of AIG's high yield and leveraged loan portfolios. Prior to joining the investment group, Mr. Musante was a Managing Director reporting to SunAmerica’s CEO on various corporate development, acquisition, and other special projects. He also previously served as Associate General Counsel of SunAmerica. Prior to joining SunAmerica, Mr. Musante was an attorney at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers.

Mr. Hertz is responsible for AIG Global Real Estate’s equity investment activities in the U.S. He oversees the acquisition or development of all product types, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hotel, and senior/student housing, and the oversight of various real estate teams that source, underwrite and close new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate in 2009, Mr. Hertz was a Managing Director at Amstar Global Advisors, a private equity fund, where he was responsible for real estate investments and dispositions, with assets in Russia, Turkey and India. Prior to Amstar, Mr. Hertz was a Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate where he was responsible for U.S. retail property investments, managing a portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet of stabilized and under-development properties. Prior to AIG, Mr. Hertz was a Senior Vice President at Prime Retail, a Baltimore based REIT, where he was mainly involved in acquisitions and development, property dispositions, asset management and structuring lender and equity partner work-out strategies.
Mr. Hertz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in real estate investment from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Fisher is responsible for Asset Management for AIG Affordable Housing (AIGAH). He oversees a staff of 50 individuals and nine regional offices that work to maximize the value and return on investment from all affordable housing assets. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management.
Prior to joining AIGAH in 2004, Mr. Fisher served as Executive VicePresident/Partner of Legacy Partners, and was President/CEO/Partner of Legacy's predecessor company, Lincoln Residential Services Inc. (the western division of Lincoln Property Company).
Mr. Fisher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Minot State College. He maintains the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
