Two AIG Multinational professionals are among Captive Review’s Power 50, the publication’s annual ranking of industry leaders in global captive insurance.

Nuno Antunes, Head of Multinational and Captive Fronting for EMEA, is “a key leader in AIG’s captive fronting and multinational practice,” Captive Review notes. “Antunes works with some of the largest captive accounts in the world.” Driving the growth of AIG’s Multinational business across 47 countries, Antunes works to enhance quality of service for all AIG Multinational clients while ensuring the compliance of AIG’s Global Fronting portfolio from credit, legal, and reinsurance angles.

Bob Gagliardi, Head of Captive Management and U.S. Fronting, is a “highly valued and respected member of the captive management community,” Captive Review comments. Serving AIG’s existing clients and leading the formation of new captives, Gagliardi currently “oversees…126 risk-bearing entities at AIG.” 2017 marks Gagliardi’s third year as a member of Captive Review’s Power 50. Widely recognized as a leader in his field, Gagliardi is a frequent speaker at captive insurance industry conferences and serves on the board of over 20 captives.

Carol Barton, President of AIG Multinational, commented on these honors for the organization: “This is great recognition of the expertise and specialized knowledge that Nuno and Bob contribute to the global captive marketplace,” she said.
