• Professional Indemnity Insurance for Tour Operators,
• a range of supplementary coverages for "special risks" (e.g. kidnap, bail bond, piracy etc.)

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE FOR TOUR OPERATORS
According to the EU Directive 90/314 & the Presidential Decree 5.9.1996

What does the Directive stipulate?
• precise information to travellers,
• written travel contract,
• insurance coverage,
• true advertising,
• obligation to provide explanations

What does the insurance programme offer?
The Professional Indemnity Insurance for Tour Operators is addressed to all Travel Agencies / Tour Operators in the area of incoming / outgoing tourism, domestic and specialised tourism (conferences, sports etc.) and covers the liability of the travel agency against:
• Customers, for illegal acts or omissions of the Travel Agency / Tour Operator which may result in:
 - Bodily Injury / Loss of Life
 - Material Damages
 - Moral Damages
 - Financial Losses

It also offers coverage in the following cases:
• bankruptcy of the Travel Agency / Tour Operator with repatriation of travellers ,
• insolvency of the Travel Agency / Tour Operator.
