Securities Broker/Dealers’ Blanket Bond
To be in compliance with Role 17-G1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, member firms of FINRA are required to carry fidelity bond coverage. This bond covers investment firms and any registered outside representatives used by the firm for employee dishonesty.
