AIG is open for business. Due to damage from the storm, certain AIG offices in Lower Manhattan are inaccessible. Many AIG office locations in New Jersey will be fully accessible to employees this week. We have activated business continuity and catastrophic service plans to make sure service remains at its highest level for customers affected by Sandy.
Contacting Us: Because some phone service has been interrupted, we have established a 24-hour toll-free number to ensure consistent customer service until phone service is fully restored. This toll-free number will be answered by a service representative who will take a message for the person you are trying to reach. The message will be forwarded to that person and he or she will call you back (please do not use this line to report a claim).
