The program provides Property and Liability coverages for owners of commercial or habitational real estate. This includes rental apartments, condos and co-ops, affordable housing, student housing, office buildings and shopping centers (no indoor malls). The program is available on a countrywide basis except in Alaska. In Hawaii and Florida, Property Coverage is not available. In California, Earthquake Coverage is not available. The program is administered by Distinguished Programs of NY.
