PRO-PACSM combines general, environmental and optional professional liability insurance in one efficient package. Designed for environmental contractors, consultants, and engineers, the package eliminates coverage gaps and allows multiple coverages to be obtained for one cost-sensible premium. 

PRO-PACSM Umbrella offers higher limits and provides flexibility for complying with contractual requirements.

  • General Liability and contractors pollution liability coverage is included on an occurrence basis providing third-party liability protection relating to the premises, operations or products/completed operations of the insured as well as bodily injury or property damage caused by the escape of pollutants arising from the insured’s work.
  • Professional liability coverage provided on a claims-made basis can be included or excluded as needed in either the primary PRO-PAC and/or the Umbrella
  • Policy is non-auditable
  • Automatic additional insured status for insured's clients where required by written contract for general and environmental liability.  Covers professional liability on a claims-made basis from claims for errors and omissions arising out of professional services
  • Optional coverages available for pollution conditions resulting from transportation of materials, pollution conditions at a contractor's storage yard facilities, and pollution conditions resulting from the insured’s products 
  • The PRO-PACSM Umbrella is available over auto liability and employer’s liability with a $1 million minimum underlying limit
  • Limits available from $1 million to $25 million
  • Minimum premiums: PRO-PACSM - $20,000, PRO-PACSM Umbrella – $2,000
