Designed for single site and portfolio risks, AIG PLL Real EstateSM provides coverage to effectively manage the environmental risks associated with commercial real estate.

  • Provides coverage for clean-up costs arising from discovery of Pollution Conditions at, on or under an Insured Property
  • Responds to on- or off-site third-party bodily injury, property damage and clean-up costs claims resulting from Pollution Conditions 
  • Policy Periods of up to 10 years are available
  • Includes Notice of Possible Claim provision
  • Target Classes: property owners, developers, restaurants, commercial office building owners/managers, hospitality industry, shopping malls, property managers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
  • Limits available up to $50 million
