Pleasure Boats

Third Party Liability
According to the new Law 2743/99, Third Party Liability insurance of private pleasure & speed boats is now OBLIGATORY.
It covers private pleasure boats that move exclusively within the Greek territorial waters, for a total insured value from € 3.000 έως € 75.000, under the Greek or a foreign flag.
 
The coverage includes:

Third Party Liability
• Bodily Injury  up to € 300.000
• Material Damages up to € 150.000
• Sea Pollution up to € 90.000
(Refers only to expenses for clearing the polluted sea area) 
 
All Risk Coverage against damages or losses on board
Due to any cause except those explicitly excluded from the policy and

Skipper's / Owner's Personal Accidents and to the boat passengers for:
Loss of Life / disability due to Accident -  € 9.000
Medical expenses for an Accident, in / out of hospital - € 900
