Houseowners and Householders Insurance
This policy provides coverage for dwelling houses and apartments to owners or tenants, permanent residents of Cyprus, and covers:

• Loss or damage to the building and its permanent fixtures
• Loss or damage to contents (furniture, electrical appliances, jewellery etc)
• Loss or damage to servant's property
• Additional expense of alternative accommodation or loss of rent
• Liability to the public as an owner or occupier of the building
• Personal Accident to the insured

Expats Home Insurance
This policy provides coverage for dwelling houses and apartments to expatriate owners or tenants and covers:

• Loss or damage to the building
• Liability as an owner of the building
• Loss or damage to contents
• Liability as an occupier of the building
• Loss or damage to personal possessions
• Loss or damage to personal money and credit cards
• Personal Liability
• Loss or damage to pedal cycles

Policies are written in easy to understand English language.

Private Auto Insurance
The Comprehensive policy covers third party liability and own damage to the insured vehicle and includes additional benefits: driving off the road, driving another vehicle, passenger liability, liability in respect of a trailer, road assistance (in the government controlled area) and personal accident to authorized drivers.

Wide Coverage is optional and includes: Breaking of glass in the windscreen or the window, locks and keys, rugs, clothing or personal items, strike, riot and civil commotion, natural perils, loss of use of the insured car.

Other available optional covers include new for old and no claim protection.

One important feature of our policy is that it does not exclude driving in the occupied areas of Cyprus.

Leisure Travel Insurance
This insurance is geared for international travellers travelling for pleasure or business outside their country of residence.

Coverage available to the traveller taking a short-term trip may include Overseas Medical and Evacuation Expenses, Accidental Death and Dismemberment payment and Travel Inconvenience Benefits including Assistance services.
