The program is customized specifically for urban habitational buildings that are condominiums; cooperatives, brownstones, row housing or apartment buildings located in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens. Eligible buildings must be of masonry construction or better; owner or tenant occupied, and with or without mercantile. The program is administered by Distinguished Programs of NY.
