The target market for the program is residential and commercial structural pest control operators. The program provides General Liability, Property, Crime, Inland Marine, Automobile, and Umbrella Liability for businesses whose operations include the following operations: General Pest Control; Wood Destroying Organisms which includes termites inspection reports; Fumigation which is primarily used for dry wood termite control in California, Hawaii, and Florida; Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control which targets pests that affect ornamental shrubs, lawns, trees, and decorative plants - not crops or cropland.

- Limited Pesticide/Herbicide Exception Endorsement: provides limited coverages for damages arising out of the mis-application of pesticides or herbicides
- Pollution Coverage for Pest Control Materials in Transit: provides limited coverage for damages resulting from a release of pesticides or herbicides while in transit
