IMPORTS (from anywhere to Greece)& EXPORTS (from Greece to any foreign country)
Goods in transit are covered against physical damage or loss either as a result of risks covered by:

CLAUSE 'C'
• explosion or fire
• ship grounding, sinking or capsizing
• overturning, derailment, crash or collision of a land means of transport
• crash or collision of the ship or other means of transport with another object except water
• unloading of carried goods in an emergency port
• general average
• voluntary jettison of goods in the sea

INLAND TRANSIT
CLAUSE 'Β'
• all the above risks
plus
• volcanic explosion, earthquake or thunder
• washing overboard of goods to the sea by a wave

TRANSIT ABROAD - COUNTRY TO COUNTRY
• entry of sea, lake or river water into the means of transport, container or storage area, except rainwater
• total loss of parcel during voyage or during loading/unloading from and to the ship or the floating

CLAUSE 'Α'
• all risks except those explicitly exempted

CARRIER'S LIABILITY
Covers third party liability (Bodily Injury and/or Material Damages) which may occur during loading, transit and unloading of goods.
