GENERAL THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
Indemnification of damages (Bodily Injury / Death or Material Damages) which may be caused to third parties due to the use, possession and general operation of the company's facilities.

GENERAL THIRD PARTY LIABILITY EMPLOYER'S LIABILITY
In case of accident to any of the company's staff, the following are indemnified:
• moral damage or undue distress
• the difference between the legal wage and the actual wage paid (up to 45 days)

PRODUCT LIABILITY
Reimbursement of damages to third parties due to a defective company product

PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
Reimbursement of damages (Bodily Injury / Material Damages or Financial Losses) to the customers of a company, professionals or a self employed professional arising from mistakes, errors or omissions during their legal professional practice. Indicatively, covered professions may be doctors, civil engineers, architects, pharmacists, accountants, lawyers, insurance brokers, internet service providers, multimedia companies, franchisers etc.

DIRECTORS & OFFICERS LIABILITY
Indemnification of third party claims (i.e. shareholders, employees, customers, state organisations/departments etc.) for financial losses caused by illegal acts, errors or omissions of Directors, Executives, Board Members etc. exclusively during the performance of their administrative and managerial duties. This insurance covers the legal and court expenses for the defence of the insured person, as well as the final indemnification.
