- Subject to the policy terms and conditions, this transaction-based approach enables investment banks to secure fully-customized coverage that advances defense costs

Expanded protection available for individuals named in a covered claim, including: the policy’s retention is waived if the investment bank is financially insolvent; applicability of the fraud exclusion is limited to situations where there has been a judgment, final adjudication or alternative dispute resolution regarding the fraudulent conduct
