The Environmental and General Liability Exposures (EAGLE) Program® provides companies across all industries with coverage for general liability and pollution liability in a single policy, eliminate potential added costs, errors and overlaps that may result from multiple policies. EAGLE includes valuable coverage for loss resulting from pollution conditions caused by the insured’s products as well as automatic coverage for third-party claims for bodily injury and property damage resulting from sudden and accidental pollution conditions at all owned, occupied, rented or leased premises. The EAGLE Umbrella provides limits up to $25 million and offers broad coverage not found in standard excess programs.
