The Contractor’s Operations and Professional Services (COPS) policy provides broad protection for full-service environmental firms performing field operations and professional services. It combines Contractors Pollution Liability (on a claims-made or occurrence basis) and Errors and Omissions policies in one package, helping to eliminate potential coverage gaps and overlaps. COPS also enhances cost-efficiencies by avoiding multiple premiums and deductibles.

- Provides limits up to $25 million.
- Eliminates the payment of two minimum premiums and deductibles.
- Ideal for multi-discipline firms who provide environmental engineering and consulting along with contracting operations. Coverage for non-environmental services is offered as well.
- Provides coverage for services performed worldwide, except for embargoed countries.
- Coverage available for work at Superfund Sites, DOE, DOD and EPA sites.
- Includes coverage for the insured’s liability for services or contracting operations performed by others on its behalf.
- Broad reporting provision for potential claims or incidents if reported during the policy period (claims-made coverage).
- Expanded coverage available for: transportation, non-owned disposal site, microbial matter, terrorism.
