Clean-up Cost Cap (CCC)

Clean-up Cost Cap (CCC) coverage helps protect against clean-up cost overruns arising from a planned remediation while also protecting against newly discovered pollution conditions discovered during the implementation of the remedial plan.  This policy can be an effective tool in ensuring that unexpected environmental clean-up costs don’t derail the economics of a real estate development deal.  Additionally, a multi-year policy can provide consistent long term coverage while stabilizing insurance costs.
