Claims Resolution
Our staff is trained to focus on resolving claims promptly and effectively with the best interests of our customers in mind. We understand the value of our customers’ brand name and this concern is carried over to the decision making process regarding the claims resolution and defense strategy.

Claims Staff
Our adjusters average more than 19 years in the insurance industry and more than 8 years with AIG Aviation Adjustment Services. Our staff has authority for resolving claims up to the full policy limit which allows us to make quick decisions on behalf of our clients.

Claims Financial
As we have significant financial responsibility with regards to properly evaluating claims, paying appropriate settlements, controlling expenses, and maintaining adequate reserve levels, our goal is to develop relationships with our customers and with the claimants in order to expedite matters. AIG Aviation, Inc., a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is listing its salvaged aircraft available for sale. This website contains a description of the aircraft salvage which is based on our knowledge of the salvage at the time the bid is completed and placed on this website. If you would like to place a bid on any aircraft, print the page of the aircraft and fill out the information at the bottom of the page. Employees of AIG or any subsidiary member company of AIG, and any relative of such employees, are excluded from participating in salvage aircraft bidding. By submitting your bid via our website you are certifying that you are not an employee or related to an employee of AIG or any of its subsidiaries.

Sale of the listed aircraft is "AS IS/WHERE IS ". AIG Aviation makes no expressed nor implied warranties for the condition, fitness for purpose, value, airworthiness or operation of performance of any kind whatsoever, whether in contract or tort in respect to the sale of any aircraft salvage. The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the aircraft before signing and forwarding their bid.

Payments must be received by AIG Aviation, Inc. in form of a cashiers check or wire transfer within ten (10) days after the date the high bidder is notified. If payment is not received within the aforementioned ten (10) days, the bid will be rejected and the bidder will not be allowed to bid on any future salvage offerings for 1 year.
